Shipping Carrier

• All orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.
• We charge our discounted UPS shipping rates to provide you with the best possible pricing.
• We only ship within the United States—international shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST) will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) will be processed the following business day.
• Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
• If you experience any issues with your shipment, we recommend contacting UPS directly to file a claim.
